Our PC LAN Tech supports the operations as Help Desk Technician.
This position provides hardware and software network support to all properties, to include all front of house and back of house systems.
Duties included but are not limited to monitor the operation of computing/communications, Maintains equipment inventory, troubleshoots hardware and software problems, via phone support.
Requirements include a BS/BA in Computer Science and/or one year minimum professional experience with computer network operations and/or an appropriate combination of both.
Also must have good working knowledge and prior experience in Windows 2000/XP and Office 2000/XP.
Microsoft professional certification preferred.
